We operate on a strict need-to-know principle. The assigned dispensing pharmacy receives only prescription details and patient notes required for safety. Delivery couriers only see delivery location pins, customer name, and contact phone number. WE NEVER SELL YOUR DATA TO THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISERS.

All communication between your device and our servers is secured via 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption. Prescription files and health records are stored in encrypted object buckets compliant with Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151/2020) and international healthcare security best practices.

You have full control over your personal information. At any time via your account settings or by contacting our Data Protection Officer, you can request an export of your profile data, update incorrect information, or request permanent deletion of your account and records (subject to statutory pharmacy retention periods).
