Delivery policy

Super S currently delivers across Greater Cairo. We check your address when you add it, and again at checkout. If an address is outside our delivery area, we'll tell you before you pay.

Choose a delivery speed at checkout. Fees are shown before you pay, and orders over EGP 500 ship free at every speed.

Items that need a prescription are reviewed by a licensed pharmacist before your order is packed. This usually takes under 10 minutes, so Super Fast isn't available for these orders. If the pharmacist can't approve an item, we'll contact you and refund it.

Some medicines and products need to stay cool. We pack them in insulated bags and keep them separate from the rest of your order until they reach you.

If an item in your order is unexpectedly out of stock, our smart routing algorithm immediately searches partner pharmacies within your delivery radius to fulfill it. If no partner pharmacy has it available, our support team will notify you immediately, and the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method or wallet balance.

You can cancel your order free of charge at any moment before the partner pharmacy begins preparing it. Once an order is being prepared or is out for delivery with the courier, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a return delivery fee. Prescription medicines dispensed specifically for you cannot be cancelled once processed.

Our courier will attempt to call you and send an SMS/WhatsApp notification upon arrival at your designated address. If you are unreachable for more than 10 minutes, the order will be safely returned to the pharmacy. A re-delivery can be requested through customer support, which may require an additional delivery fee.
